Pumpkin Pie Protein Bars

It’s Fall Season…

The air is cooler. The leaves are changing. Football is on TV. Getting cozy in pjs, warmth from the fireplace, and of course, Pumpkin Pie! We have created the perfect protein snack, that will taste just like you’re having dessert!

Pumpkin Pie Protein Bars

INGREDIENTS:

-1 Scoop Wavelength Vanilla Protein Powder

-1/4 cup creamy cashew butter (or other nut butter)

-2 tbsp. coconut sugar

-2 tbsp. maple syrup (can use 3 tbsp. if you prefer sweeter)

-1/4 cup pumpkin puree

-1 cup almond flour (or 1/2 cup oat flour)

-1.5 tsp. ground cinnamon powder

-1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

-1/4 tsp. pink Himalayan salt

-Optional- 1/4 cup chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Spread into a bar mold or roll into balls.

  3. Freeze until hard. (about 2 hours)

  4. ENJOY!
