Pina Colada Protein Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

-1/2 Scoop Wavelength Vanilla Protein Powder

-1/4 cup coconut milk

-1/4 cup coconut yogurt (or greek yogurt)

-1/4 cup pineapple juice

-1/2 cup frozen pineapple

-1/4 cup frozen coconut chunks

-1 tbsp. unsweetened coconut shreds

-Optional: add dates, agave or frozen bananas

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients (except shreds) in a high-speed blender.

  2. Top with coconut shreds.

  3. ENJOY!

*Tip- try pouring into popsicle molds and freeze for refreshing popsicles!
