Not only do these cookies check the box for taste but these cookies pack about 5 grams of protein per cookie and include fiber and antioxidants. With just a few simple ingredients these cookies can be made in just minutes!

Apple Spice Protein Breakfast Cookies

INGREDIENTS:

-2 ripe bananas, mashed

-2 cups rolled oats (gluten free or regular)

-1/2 cup cashew butter or almond butter

-1/2 cup apples, chopped (can add more for more crunch and sweetness)

-2 Scoops Wavelength Vanilla Protein Powder

-2 tsp. cinnamon powder

-3 tsp. sweetner of choice (maple syrup, monkfruit or coconut sugar)

-Pinch of Himalayan pink salt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix all ingredients together.

  3. Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheet and flatten into a cookie shape.

  4. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden around edges.

  5. ENJOY!
