“I'm a big fan of the chocolate Wavelength protein powder. Recently I tried mixing it 50/50 with the vanilla and I'm liking this even better. Especially if it's mixed with almond milk and some yogurt. Not chalky like some other protein powders. Although I'm in my 70's I still go to the gym 3-4 times a week and Wavelength is my go-to recovery drink. The recipes on the Wavelength website are not only super healthy but very creative as well.”
