Pumpkin Protein Brownies
Healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated! The simpler the better for forming and sustaining good, healthy habits. Ready to take action?
INGREDIENTS:
-1 scoop Wavelength Chocolate Protein Powder or 2 scoops Little Ripples Chocolate Protein Powder
-1/3 cup creamy nut butter (almond or cashew preferred)
-4 tbsp. organic maple syrup or other sweetener (such as agave, monkfruit syrup, coconut nectar, honey)
-3/4 cup pumpkin puree
-dash of ground cinnamon
-pinch of Himalayan pink salt
-1 tsp. vanilla extract
-1/4 cup chocolate chips or cacao nibs
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together, except chocolate chips.
Once combined, stir in chocolate chips.
Line brownie pan with parchment paper.
Pour batter into pan and spread evenly.
Optional- sprinkle with salt.
Bake 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
