Protein Pancakes
Healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated! The simpler the better for forming and sustaining good, healthy habits. Ready to take action?
INGREDIENTS:
-1/2 cup organic oat flour
-1/4 cup Wavelength Vanilla Protein Powder
-1 organic mashed ripe banana
- 1 organic egg
-1/4 cup organic unsweetened vanilla almond milk or other plant milk
-1 tsp baking powder
-1 tbsp organic Chia seed
-1 tbsp organic ground flax seed
-dash of organic ceylon cinnamon
-toppings of choice: coconut butter, date syrup, coconut shreds, bananas, cacao nibs
DIRECTIONS:
Mix together all wet ingredients. Separately, mix together the dry ingredients.
Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
Stir until just combined, do not overmix.
Heat a pan on medium low.
Pour 1/4 cup batter into pan.
Once bubbling, flip over and leave for a couple of minutes until lightly browned and cooked through.
Top with toppings of choice.

Makes about 6 small pancakes.
To make waffles, simply pour mixture into waffle maker!
