Protein Pancakes

You can have your cake and eat it too! These fluffy protein pancakes are fluffy, sweet and delicious & healthy too! Using Wavelength vanilla protein powder in this recipe, not only adds the protein you need, but also amps up the flavor! No added sugar needed! A great brekkie staple to add to your collection.

Protein Pancakes

Healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated! The simpler the better for forming and sustaining good, healthy habits. Ready to take action?

INGREDIENTS:

-1/2 cup organic oat flour

-1/4 cup Wavelength Vanilla Protein Powder

-1 organic mashed ripe banana

- 1 organic egg

-1/4 cup organic unsweetened vanilla almond milk or other plant milk

-1 tsp baking powder

-1 tbsp organic Chia seed

-1 tbsp organic ground flax seed

-dash of organic ceylon cinnamon

-toppings of choice: coconut butter, date syrup, coconut shreds, bananas, cacao nibs

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix together all wet ingredients. Separately, mix together the dry ingredients.

  2. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.

  3. Stir until just combined, do not overmix.

  4. Heat a pan on medium low.

  5. Pour 1/4 cup batter into pan.

  6. Once bubbling, flip over and leave for a couple of minutes until lightly browned and cooked through.

  7. Top with toppings of choice.

  8. ENJOY!

Makes about 6 small pancakes.

To make waffles, simply pour mixture into waffle maker!
