Protein Overnight Oats are a quick and easy way to jumpstart your morning and help get your protein and fiber needs. This recipe can use either Wavelength Vanilla or Chocolate Protein! Just mix it together the night before, wake up and enjoy!

Protein Overnight Oats

Healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated! The simpler the better for forming and sustaining good, healthy habits. Ready to take action?

INGREDIENTS:

-1/2 serving Wavelength Vanilla Protein Powder (can use Chocolate or Little Ripples also)

-1/2 cup Oats

-1 cup organic unsweetened vanilla almond milk or other plant milk

-1/2 banana, chopped

-3 Dates, pitted and chopped

-Dash of Ceylon Cinnamon

-Optional- 1/2 tbsp. each of ground flax seed and chia seed

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Blend all ingredients and refrigerate overnight.

  2. ENJOY!
