Protein Banana Bread Baked Oatmeal

Banana Bread with a hit of protein! Perfect and tasty way to fill in the protein gaps.

Protein Banana Bread Baked Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS:

-1 overripe mashed banana

-2 tbsp. maple syrup or other sweetener of choice

-1/2 tsp vanilla extract

-1 Scoop Wavelength Vanilla Protein Powder

-1 1/4 cup plant-based milk of choice or milk (tip: use Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk)

-1 1/4 cup rolled oats or quick oats

-1 tbsp. ground flax seed

-1/4. tsp cinnamon powder

-1/2 tsp. baking powder

-dash of salt

-Toppings: sliced bananas, almonds, shredded coconut, cacao nibs

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix all ingredients together (except toppings).

  3. Bake for 30-35 minutes.

  4. Add optional toppings.

  5. ENJOY!
