Coconut Cashew Bliss Bars
Healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated! The simpler the better for forming and sustaining good, healthy habits. Ready to take action?
INGREDIENTS:
-2.5 cups organic fine, blanched almond flour
-1/2 cup Wavelength Vanilla Protein Powder
-1/2 cup organic, unrefined coconut oil, melted
-1/2 cup organic maple syrup or other sweetener (such as agave, monkfruit syrup, coconut nectar, honey)
-1/2 cup organic sliced roasted, unsalted cashews
-pinch of Himalayan pink salt
-dash of organic ceylon cinnamon
optional: add 1/4 to 1/2 cup organic cacao nibs or chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
Mix together melted coconut oil and sweetener.
Mix in almond flour/protein powder until well combined.
Add pinch of salt and cinnamon.
Stir in cashews and/or chocolate chips or cacao nibs.
Press into a bar mold or form into 1.5 inch balls and place on parchment paper.
Sprinkle salt on top.
Freeze until hard, about 2-3 hours.
