Chocolate Strawberry Protein Breakfast Cookies

With just a handful of ingredients, these healthy cookies are sure to please! Great for breakfast, snacks or a little treat! Packed with protein, fiber and antioxidants!

Perfect for a Valentine’s Day treat!

Chocolate Strawberry Protein Breakfast Cookies

INGREDIENTS:

-2 servings Wavelength Little Ripples Chocolate Protein Powder or 1 serving Wavelength Chocolate Protein Powder

-2 cups rolled oats (gluten free if needed)

-2 bananas, mashed

-1/4 cup strawberries, diced

-1/2 cup almond butter, or other nut or seed butter of choice

-1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Line a tray with parchment paper or silicone cookie sheet.

  3. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, except strawberries and chocolate chips.

  4. Fold in the strawberries and chocolate chips.

  5. Form 12 balls of dough and place onto cookie sheet. Press each ball into a flat cookie shape.

  6. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden on the edges.

  7. ENJOY!

*Note can also make these into bars by pressing into a cookie sheet or bar mold.
