Blueberry Oatmeal Protein Bars

Our Blueberry Oatmeal Protein Bars are full of fiber, antioxidants, protein and superfoods! Perfect way to get that extra protein and great for breakfast or a quick snack!

Blueberry Oatmeal Protein Bars

INGREDIENTS:

-2 ripe bananas, mashed

-2 eggs

-1/2 cup coconut oil, melted

-2 tsp. baking powder

-1/2 tsp ceylon cinnamon powder

-1 tbsp. chia seeds

-3 cups rolled oats

-1 cup plain greek or coconut yogurt

-1 Scoop Wavelength Vanilla Protein Powder (can add 1 more scoop if desired)

-11/4 cup frozen wild blueberries

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix all ingredients together (except blueberries). Then fold in blueberries.

  3. Pour into a shallow baking dish or cookie pan and spread out evenly.

  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until golden.

  5. Let cool completely, then cut into bars or squares.

  6. ENJOY!

*Can also bake in a silicone bar mold.
