Who doesn’t love Mint Chocolate Chip?! Try our Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie recipe (adapted from Navitas Organics). This recipe is healthy and delicious. You can even freeze in popsicle molds to make delicious frozen treats!

Mint Chocolate Chip Protein Smoothie

Healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated! The simpler the better for forming and sustaining good, healthy habits. Ready to take action?

INGREDIENTS:

-1 serving Wavelength Chocolate Protein Powder or 2 servings Wavelength Little Ripples Chocolate Protein Powder (can swap Vanilla Protein too)

-1 sliced banana, frozen

-1/2 avocado

-1 1/4 cup plant or regular milk (tip: vanilla almond milk)

-1/2 cup spinach

-3/4 tsp. peppermint extract (or 1 tbsp. mint leaves)

-1 tsp. vanilla extract

-2 tbsp. cacao sweet nibs

-mint leaves for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Blend all ingredients together in high speed blender, except cacao nibs.

  2. Option to top with cacao nibs and fresh mint leaves.

  3. ENJOY!
